This Hong Kong version is originated from the “music in motion” production of Xinghai Concert Hall, where music and dance unite in a breathtaking cross-genre performance. Premiering to critical acclaim in Xinghai Concert Hall in Guangzhou last year, the Hong Kong version features renowned cross-disciplinary artist Tsang Man-tung as artistic director, infusing the show with fresh creative energy.

Talented musicians from the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra join forces with local dancers to bring audience a mesmerising performance. The music features contrasting pieces from the Guangzhou version, including Ravel’s Sonata for Violin and Cello and Piazzolla’s The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires. This provides a dynamic backdrop for the dancers, who move fluidly with the music, sometimes becoming the protagonists of an artwork, while at other times appearing as observers, admiring the beauty of the pieces. Music, dance, and imagery intertwine to create a rich audiovisual synergy, compelling the audience to feel within their hearts the combined resonance of each note and dance step.
